A CiteSpace-based Overview of Hot Topics in Chinese Linguistics Research (2011-2021)

This paper retrieves the keywords of “linguistics and counts relevant articles Modern Foreign Languages in past ten years from database China Knowledge Network (CNKI) analyzes by using CiteSpace, a visualization software. Based on analysis, it can be found that linguistics research has basically formed development trend application-oriented interdisciplinary intersectional years, among which applied linguistics, systemic functional foreign language teaching cognitive are main hotspots field years.
